Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days from the date you placed the order, please get in touch.

We don’t usually accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements if your order is lost, damaged, or faulty. Contact us within 7 days with your Order Number and we’ll make things right.

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you need to update your address, let us know as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel/change it.
